Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of this website. Paid engagements are covered by their own signed agreements.

Last updated — 29 May 2026

Fair, simple terms.

These terms apply to your use of the Weasydoo website. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the site.

Using the site

You may browse and use this site for lawful, personal, or business purposes. Please don't attempt to disrupt it, access it through automated means at a scale that degrades it, or misuse the forms.

Services and engagements

This site describes what we do. Any actual project — scope, price, timeline, support, and liability — is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Nothing on this website is itself an offer or a binding quote.

Intellectual property

Odoo is open-source software under its own licence; our published Weasydoo modules are released under their stated open-source licences. The content, design, and branding of this website are owned by Weasydoo and may not be copied without permission.

No warranty

The website is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work to keep information accurate and the site available, but we don't guarantee it is error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Weasydoo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Liability for paid services is set out in the relevant project agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Algeria. Disputes relating to the website will be handled by the competent courts there.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
